My Energy Consultants is proud to announce it has been shortlisted for three prestigious awards at the Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TELCA), widely recognised as the most significant awards event in the UK energy consultancy calendar.
My Energy Consultants have this year been shortlisted for;
- Consultancy of the Year – Large
- Most Trusted Consultancy
- Industry Expert (for Khaled Osman, Head of Sales and Service and company founder.)
This third nomination is a direct acknowledgement of Khaled’s 17 years experience and the foundation of trust and transparency upon which My Energy Consultants was built.
This year’s submission highlighted My Energy Consultants’ efforts in the hospitality, manufacturing and horticulture sectors. The questions posed addressed ethical standards, customer service, supporting the journey to net zero, transparency and fairness.
Resolving a Six-Figure Water Bill Issue for a National Restaurant Chain
For one well-known restaurant chain this meant resolving a six-figure water bill issue that their previous consultant had refused to address. My Energy Consultants successfully completed the work without charging a fee, because it was the right thing to do, resulting in the six-figure bill being credited back to the customer.
The customer comments: “My Energy Consultants are very clear about their relationships and the fees and I have confidence that they always work in our best interests. They have set their own standards in the industry.”
Recovering a Substantial Sum for Manufacturer
My Energy Consultants’ bill-checking software picking up a critical discrepancy for a large UK manufacturer. Our subsequent investigation found the customer had been historically billed for the wrong meter. After presenting findings and proving the overspend, a sum totalling just under £500,000 was recovered from the supplier.
Value Beyond the Deal
My Energy Consultants believe true value lies in the time and care invested to ensure that customers are completely satisfied and their energy needs are fully met.
A UK greenhouse grower comments; “You get value for money with MEC as its’ not just the advice, it’s also the amount of time they spend on it and making sure you are happy. You can go to anyone to get a good deal but you might not hear from them again for 18 months.”
