My Energy Consultants shortlisted for Consultancy of the Year – Large Customers award

The Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TELCA) is an annual ceremony that celebrates and recognises the best consultants, brokers and TPIs in the UK. It is renowned as the most prestigious awards event in the energy consultancy calendar.

In 2023, My Energy Consultants proudly won this award and now have the opportunity to retain their title, having been shortlisted for the 2024 award.Nominations are based on case studies submitted to the judges. The 2023 win was attributed to the work carried out for a global flavour manufacturer, producing ingredients found in global products.

This years’ submission highlighted My Energy Consultants’ efforts with several UK produce growers. The questions posed addressed ethical standards, customer service, supporting the journey to net zero and working with the My Energy Consultants team.

Customers interviewed expressed that My Energy Consultants genuinely understand the horticulture industry, provide a tailored service, and deliver exceptional customer support. One grower remarked; “You can go to anyone to get a good deal but you might not hear from them again for 18 months. You get value for money with MEC as its’ not just the advice, its also the amount of time they spend on us and making sure we are happy. It’s something I’ve never found with any other consultancy.”

The submission also included testimonials from staff members who noted that My Energy Consultants fosters a flexible, trusting work environment where knowledge is shared, along with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Khaled Osman, Founder and Director of Sales and Service at My Energy Consultants states; “We were incredibly proud to win this award last year as it justifies all the hard work we put in. Being shortlisted again demonstrates that we remain among the best in the industry, consistently providing high-quality customer service in an ethical manner. We are excited to attend the awards evening and wish all shortlisted companies the best of luck.”
